Terms and Conditions

*Note: In order to proceed, you will need to check the box at the bottom of this page acknowledging you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

This agreement is not binding upon either party, unless and until it is signed, dated, returned by the Student, and accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Credit Evolution University, a division of Credit Evolution, LLC (hereinafter referred to as CEU). The term of this agreement shall be for a maximum of six (6) months, unless amended in writing and executed by both parties.

Student agrees and understands that the cost of the program is for the education provided by CEU. The credit analysis and dispute process is included at no additional charge.

I. GUARANTEE
CEU has the most aggressive guarantee in the industry. If the CEU guarantee is not met within a six (6) month period, then a refund will be issued (less a processing fee). CEU strives to attain one or more of the following for each Student:

    1. 30% deletion ratio on any of the credit bureaus
    2. 50-point increase in credit score
*NOTE: Only Students starting the program with a 620 or lower credit score qualify for the 50-point score increase
    3. Credit will not prohibit student from obtaining a mortgage should they desire to buy or refinance a home.
II. TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

CEU offers discounted tuition rate of $625 for Students who pay their tuition in full at the time of enrollment. In addition, CEU offers three (3) tuition payment plans:

    2 payments of $350 = $700
    **8 biweekly payments of $100 = $800
    **10 monthly payment of $90 = $900
**2 payments must be received before work can begin on this payment plan
Students must be gainfully employed in a permanent, full-time position to be eligible for a payment plan.

Payments must be made by credit card or debit card (with a Visa or MasterCard logo). A check may be used only when paying the full $625 at the time of enrollment. Work will not begin until the check is cleared.

Once enrolled, Student agrees to pay their tuition in full and understands that there are no refunds. Students who dropout of CEU, or do not comply with the program requirements, do so of their own accord and remain obligated to pay their full tuition.

III. DECLINED PAYMENTS

Scheduled payments are the sole responsibility of the Student and must be made in a timely manner. CEU reserves the right to void its representations and/or guarantees when a Student encounters late or missed payments. Additionally, defaulted payments have a very negative impact on the rate at which the Student completes the program.

More than one payment default prohibits a Student from entering any programs offered by its sister company, Credit Evolution and Development, LLC (hereinafter referred to as CED).

It is the Student's sole responsibility to update CEU with any and all payment information, including, but not limited to credit/debit card information and contact information (name changes, address, phone numbers, etc.)

In the event that CEU does not receive its full tuition, CEU reserves the right to remedy the matter legally through the court system and/or assign this debt to its collection representative(s) and/or collection attorney(s).

A default in tuition without resolve may result in Student's work being reversed with the credit bureaus. In addition, a negative mark will be added to their credit file from one of the assignees of the charged-off tuition.

The Student is obligated to bring late payment(s) current immediately. Should the Student's credit card decline three (3) times, the Student will be required to pay a $125 reinstatement fee to restart the program. Until the payment is brought current, any and all work will cease.

CEU reserves the right to require a minimum of one payment in addition to the past due payment clear before resuming work. Any defaulted payment will make the Student ineligible for the reimbursement plan as well as prohibit the Student from entering the CED program.

IV. CREDIT MONITORING

Immediately after enrollment, the Student must sign up with a credit monitoring service authorized by CEU. Any other credit reports will not be accepted and no work will begin until the correct format of Student's credit report is received.

CEU will not be held liable for any fees incurred by Student for the credit monitoring service.

Should the Student cancel the credit monitoring service prior to completion of CEU, the Student understands that CEU will be unable to continue the credit analysis and dispute process.

V. CREDITORS AND COLLECTION AGENCIES

Student agrees to consult with CEU prior to entering into any agreements with creditors and/or collection agencies.

VI. APPLYING FOR CREDIT

Under no circumstances is Student to apply for credit or allow any third party to pull Student's credit without first consulting with and obtaining approval to do so from CEU. Doing so grants CEU the right to terminate Student from the program.

VII. E-MAIL

In order to be most effective for our clients and in order to keep accurate records, CEU most often communicates by e-mail. Students are required to check their e-mail (including their spam folder) a minimum of once weekly for e-mails from CEU. It is highly recommended that Students add the domain (@editmycreditnow.com) to their “safe senders list”. When communicating with CEU by e-mail, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

VIII. CURRENT BILLS

The Student must maintain their current bills in a timely manner throughout this process. Any violation of this voids the CEU score guarantee.

IX. CASE STATUS

In an effort to provide CEU Students with the necessary tools to track their success, Students will be assigned a username and password to check their status online. Login information is provided once CEU receives the fully executed Welcome Packet, ID and each of the three (3) national credit bureau reports.

Should the Student have a question that is not answered online, they may e-mail CEU at help@editmycreditnow.com. E-mails are generally answered within a 48-hour period.

X. CEU PROCESS

XI. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
The Students of CEU are empowered with knowledge. Upon enrollment, the Student is on their way to an enhanced credit profile.

As with any University, the Student is required to perform certain duties in order to obtain their Diploma. The following steps must be taken in order for the Student to enable CEU to provide the complimentary credit analysis and dispute process. The Student understands that deviation from any one of these obligations delays the credit analysis and dispute process. CEU is unable to proceed with each Phase until the Student obligations are fulfilled.

    4. Identification
Copies of the Student's ID must be sent to the credit bureaus along with dispute letters. This prevents potential security breaches, identity theft and more. The Student must send copies of the following ID via fax (856-316-4512):

          c. Becoming an investor
XII. DEROGATORY CREDIT

Any derogatory credit remaining after a Student has completed CEU is not the responsibility of CEU. The Student must make a decision as to how they desire to handle the remaining items. The sole exception to this rule is if a credit item reappears after being deleted during the initial credit enhancement phase.

CEU reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

I have read, understand and agree to complete the above list of items. I further understand that CEU is unable to begin the complimentary service of auditing the Student's file until the Student completes this information.
